During the events organised by the European Society for Philosophy of Medicine and Healthcare (espmh), we may take photos and videos related to these events. 

By attending the events organised by the European Society for Philosophy of Medicine and Healthcare (espmh) you consent for your photos and/or videos to be published on our www.espmh.org website, espmh-portal.wildapricot.org website (including newsletters and email communications) and app and on all our social media channels such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, etc. 

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at secretary.espmh@gmail.com. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take all reasonable steps to remove that information from our databases.

Website and Members Profile security

The European Society for Philosophy of Medicine and Healthcare (espmh) is committed to ensuring that our Members’ information is secure and is dealt with accordingly. We’ve put in place proper procedures to secure the access to the information we collect.

All our Members’ information is stored and hosted on servers of Wild Apricot’s hosting provider. For more information, please refer to Wild Apricot Privacy Policy.

We also advise our Members to use a strong and unique password to protect their Member Profile online and in the app.

Electronic communication

The European Society for Philosophy of Medicine and Healthcare (espmh) communicates with its Members through newsletters, email announcements and other electronic means. 

You can opt out at any time by choosing to unsubscribe from our email communication by logging into your Members Profile and by updating your preferences or by clicking on Unsubscribe link on an email from us.

You will still receive financial and membership related emails such as, but not limited to: invoices, receipts, membership reminders, etc.

It is possible to opt in again to receive emails from us by logging into your Members Profile and by updating your preferences.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, when the change becomes effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
